Had an appointment booked in for 5/08/24 From 8.30 am ! Didn't turn up so called them Was told that she would investigate and call me bk. Called me back at 10.30 am !I was told sorry she couldn't contact technician responsible for the job and that he must have gone off sick but hasn't made them aware !!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service from cavity tech solutions LTD !!! Unreliable

Having just had some work completed we would like to advise a 5star rating for CavityTech, from their initial estimate to completion of works, the entire team were both professional, courteous and standard of work exemplary in every dept. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for work required in the East Sussex area. Mr & Mrs Pick, Uckfield, East Sussex.
A friend was looking for a recommendation from regarding her home having damp issues. I had works done by Cavity Tech in Feb 2017. The damp works we had solved the issues and it’s now over 6 years - I’d almost forgotten we had this service. I hope Cavity Tech are as good today as I’ve recommended her to you. We dealt with a chap called Ray who was very helpful and the work was very professional. Thank you
