Booked a surveyor to come around and he was very knowledgeable- this was December 2024. I’ve chased the office three times for the quote to get the same standard reply each time ‘we will ask the surveyor to contact you’. Still no response after 4 months so I’ll be looking to take my business elsewhere. Shame really as I like to use local companies where possible. They are obviously making so much money they don’t need the local custom.
These guys are local govt contractors in East Sussex. I'm in council flat, disabled & with 4\6 rooms with damp. Local politician pushed council to fix this & booked cavity tech. They made appointment about a week ago days ago & said it would be after 3pm yesterday. 4.44 pm came & a phone call saying they can't come as last job surprisingly complicated! (That old chestnut!) Very knowledgeable and polite staff
Had an appointment booked in for 5/08/24 From 8.30 am ! Didn't turn up so called them Was told that she would investigate and call me bk. Called me back at 10.30 am !I was told sorry she couldn't contact technician responsible for the job and that he must have gone off sick but hasn't made them aware !!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service from cavity tech solutions LTD !!! Unreliable
