Richard Caven was contacted to consult on an issue my daughter was experiencing extreme pain and he stayed late to help eliminate some of the possible causes as well as treated her for a possible cause. She is now feeling much better. Highly doubt we could have gotten that kind of service elsewhere.

The Dentist office has never been my number one on places to go. However, Dr. Caven and his staff have made my visits pleasing enough that I don't dread it when I see it on my calendar. I know that I will leave them that it is with a smile and that it is a good day.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist office. As a result it has been a long time since id gone. well my tooth broke in the middle of the night and this office was the earliest to open in the morning and took me in right away. The staff was great. The dentist was great. The atmosphere was great. I was nervous and in pain and the staff and dentist calmed me, made me laugh, and took care of me. AND I EVEN MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO RETURN! lol Thanks yall!

Maybe this is the longest distance we travel to see our dentist - we live on a small island off the french coast - but it is worth it - we receive the best care, very skilled and advanced techniques being used and this we have been doing for the past 11 years - twice a year for regular checks - and treatment, when necessary. At this last check - up a cavity was discovered and needed to dealt with - but since we were due to leave soon Dr Caven made the extra effort to deal with this on the same day as the check-up, fitting me... read more

Every visit to Dr Caven's office is a pleasant, professional experience. I had an unexpected dental emergency and I was thankful to be scheduled quickly and Dr Caven's skill made me whole again when I was expecting the worst.

Have you ever had "one of those months"??? Well, I did for the month of October! I had to reschedule nearly every doctor/dental appointment I had! I had health and family issues and so many transportation problems that I lost count! However, in the wonderful, caring way that Dr. Caven and his staff have, they were VERY accomodating and helped me out by rescheduling my appointment--TWICE! And they were NICE about it, too!
