My first experience was a great one with Dr. Caven and his wonderful staff!! I have spent a lot of money on my mouth and appreciate Dr. Caven's expertise and professionalism. He spent so much time with me going thru each area of my concerns. His staff is very caring just like him!! If you want or need a dentist go to the best one in Jacksonville you MUST see Dr. Caven!!

Dr Caven presented a comprehensive view with a series of options available for the future of my very complicated mouth. After two consultations, I was able to process and choose a plan which met my needs. I also had a deep cleaning which was pain free thanks to Laura's providing a local anesthetic to sensitive areas. I highly recommend this practice.

At 32 years old I unfortunately have had a lot of dentist work as a teenager and in my twenties. Being new to Jacksonville FL I needed a dentist. I had a awful experience with the original dentist at the Beach and decided to do more research on dentists in the area. Dr Caven and his staff are world class. Dr. Caven and and his entire office staff is very friendly. They outline a plan for you with expectations so there are no surprises. They take the time to explain everything to you and they do not rush through your appointment. The fact that they also send personal hand-written thank you cards after each appointment is so wonderful. Dr. Caven and his staff truly care about their patients.
