Having recently located to the Jacksonville area, I was searching for a new dentist. I made an appointment with Dr, Caven based on the information on his website and the many favorable reviews. I was not disappointed! I received a very thorough initial exam, and Dr. Caven and his staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. I have definitely found my new dentist!

Can one actually enjoy a trip to the dentist? If you go to Dr. Dave's office, there are many things to appreciate. The staff is great. They are respectful of your time and of you, as a valued patient. I am thankful for the office location, decor, office set up and it is well equipped for as comfortable a visit as you can get.

I spent two and a half hours in Dr. Caven’s chair with Roxann helping him. I had three teeth Extrasions to make way for my “New Bridge”. I have to say, I was very anxious about this whole thing. They were awesome, I didn’t feel any discomfort,I watched the HGTV with head phones..it was over in no time. They are a great team. Then later last night Dr. Craven phoned me to see how I was doing. Dr Caven and his staff are very talented and thorough. Any questions are answered and options to treat ment with pros and cons discussed. He has early hours on tuesdays and thursdays at 7:00 am, so it is easy to get cleaning without missing work!

I've gone to several other dentists in Jacksonville and have left each time unsatisfied. At other places I've experienced appointment times not being upheld (waiting over an hour to be seen), to being terrified of what was happening to my mouth. I was having some tooth pain and needed to see someone soon so I called Dr. Craven. The front desk ladies were attentive to my problem and got me an appointment for 30 mins after I called.
