The staff and service was amazing. But the prices I thought were extremely high, and people I talked to afterwards agreed that the costs were ridiculous. Just my thoughts. Just the average person working 40+hrs a week

I was recommended to Dr. Caven by a friend. Initially charges were very high for extraction and replacement. In less than 3 months they were misaligned. When we went back for adjustment they wanted to charge us again. On my objections the receptionist went back consulted someone, came back and said no charges. The doctor can not even back his own work. This is high way robbery.

That was in a different office and so the fee was unrelated to us. I went to see Dr. Caven on recommendation from my Endodontist. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt as if I was the only patient in the office. Attention to detail, extremely full explanations with diagrams and pictures. Step by step Dr Caven explained what he saw, and what next steps were to correct issues.
