Bought my 11 yo shichon edgar in for dental work deplaque and extractions yesterday 1/11/24 he had 8 teeth removed and a clean. Due to his age and the fact that he wouldn't let me anywhere near his teeth the plaque was horrendous not to mention his breath. After his treatment his teeth are amazing!!! I used to go to Cavan vets all the time - the one star is for some of the genuine vets there who really care. However, my beloved elderly dog showed some concerning symptoms and I called them and they booked him in for an emergency appointment. I waited in the car with my dog and a vet came out and told me it was not urgent as my dog was not unconscious. He told me he would see him in 10 minutes after his other patients.
