The young lady that did our little dogs heart scan was a credit to her profession. Wether we have used Oxley or Willenhall we have always been treated as a valued client. Thank you very much.
Agree with an earliet review, whoever is on reception needs some training in customer service. Rude, abrupt and when a lovely vet nurse (I'm sure that's what her tag said) tried to help, she shut her down. I have no doubt they're a good vets but after a face to face (and also a prior telephone conversation) with this receptionist I shall be going elsewhere... A smile and manners cost nothing.
So lovely staff and price are so good too.
The staff are very helpful and polite. The vet's themselves are quite knowledgeable, and don't try to push any other products onto you.
