Can’t even mk an appointment for your partner without consent can never get an appointment before covid things was easy no it’s a right mission to do anything the nhs is all gone now useless not for for purpose anymore

I ordered two repeat prescriptions on 1st May. The surgery missed one and 6 days later I was told they would reorder it. I was told it was not a priority repeat as it was not insulin and I would have to ring after 5pm to see if anyone had reordered it. I rang 111 and they put a repeat prescription at the pharmacy within 10 minutes. Spoke to the pharmacy and they confirmed my medication would be ready within the hour. No urgency or apology from the very dismissive receptionist I spoke to at the surgery. Total lack of empathy.... read more

I have to commend the staff at this surgery. Considering the pressures on the NHS, the staff here are excellent and in my experience will always endeavour to get you an appointment, whether it be a telephone consult or otherwise, a.s.a.p. I have been treated by Dr Bloxham on several occasions, and he has to be one of the best GPs I have ever encountered. Thank you for your continued care!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Reception staff are well and truly shocking. Have to jump through loops to have an in person appointment. Had to wait over a week for scan results, when ringing up was told they had them but no one had looked at them yet. Was prescribed some medication and yet can't get an appointment for a blood test unless I call during my work hours to book, not practice for anyone with a 9-5. Do not register with this surgery!
