As someone who donates to this charity, I tried to adopt a kitten on line, received a promising email from them that they would be in touch...?.they didn't get in touch and now the kitten I had set my heart on was offered to someone else......CRUEL! Trying to speak to a human has proved impossible. Makes me feel that I'm not good enough to offer a rescue kitten a .loving caring forever home
Well pleased, very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and all cats extremely well cared for.
Lovely staff , who were so helpful with the adoption process and also very knowledgable . I purchased all the stuff I needed as a first time car owner from the shelter which was amazing . We adopted Imogen ( now Luna ) and we absolutely adore her ❤️
Lovely team and very supportive. Also a great little shop to buy from to which helps them raise further funds. I have adopted from here twice now. Would happily recommend and return
