I adopted a cat yesterday and the process was efficient and went smoothly. The staff and lady that dealt with the adoption was so knowledgeable. They clearly are dedicated to their work and love cats. My cat, Biscuit is wonderful and has settled in to our home with no issues. It was clear that she was really well looked after by Cats Protection. Many thanks once again.
The team is so caring and helpful , had the best experience with them while adopting our kitten . Adoption process was really smooth, we were given all the infos to make the right choice and be prepared to welcome a cat at home.
