Very nice experience.... I really enjoyed my experience in this store. I made an appointment, and was 20 minutes late---but they were still very accomodating. The staff was friendly, helped me in and out of the gowns, and clipped the ones that didn't fit, so that I could get an idea of what it would look like in my correct size. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, knowing what would look best on my body type. Had no problems here... I am usually not the type to write reviews either, but after so many negatives I felt I just had to say something. As with most bridal stores, it is really necessary to make an APPOINTMENT to insure you receive quality service. If there are 2 people working, 8 customers in the store and you show up without an appt, of course there are going to be problems.

I Would Not Recommend I did not receive prompt and reliable service from this bridal store. Catherine Simms did not demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in a positive manner. Their products are sold at unfair prices. The environment was unpleasant. I was not comfortable or at ease when looking for dresses. I would never use this business again nor would I recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Great little shop This is such a nice place to do business. I was able to take my time and the girls really helped me without being pushy. I am in love with my dress and I and really had fun with the entire experience. I would highly recommend this cute little shop!

Personable and Caring-- A Place Like This is What Every Bride Needs! I had been flustered planning out my wedding and getting a wedding dress. Been to a few places to try on dresses and they either made me feel uncomfortable or totally ignored me (bad customer service).

Bridal Store Above The Rest Catherine Simms made buying my dress a very comfortable, fun, and memorable experience. I was previously looking at other boutiques and retail stores for dresses and no other store even compares in terms of customer service. Their friendly, helpful staff and casual and relaxing environment sets them apart from any other store. No Good! Catherine Simms is overpriced, customer service is poor, and management is unsatisfactory. In my situation, the store moved locations without telling me or my bridesmaids. You can find the same quality dresses and same designers for MUCH less at other stores in the area. Just from personal experience, I would strongly advise you to try other places.

Unsatisfactory This is the most unprofessional bridal store I have ever been to. I went in a couple weeks ago to look for wedding dresses. I was in the store for about 30 minutes before someone actually noticed I was there. When I said I wanted to look at a dress, the sales associate said she was helping someone else and it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting another 30, we just left. I will NEVER, EVER go back and you should take caution before going too! Dresses are overpriced and really not worth the wait!
