Fantastic experience and very knowledgeable staff who took the time to talked through different options.Exellent communication throughout, and the product arrived earlier than expected.Installation took around 3 hour and the guys were really neat and tidy and we are really delighted with the high quality of workmanship which went into it.We have had fantastic complements from neighbours, family and Friends would definitely recommend cathedral windows.
Less than 4 years ago new windows were fitted to our house, we bought the house only a few months after they were fitted. One of them has failed, but because we didn’t fit purchase them, there is no transfer of guarantee. Be aware of this, Cathedral Windows are not interested, either in the fact that the window has failed in less than 4 years or that we have a problem. Will not be using them.
We could not fault Cathedral windows. They offered a very competitive price and window spec seemed the same as the more expensive quote. Steven was very patient as we planned on the design and colour of the windows.The installers took pride in the interior finish and were timely and tidy. It all felt very straightforward. Thank you so much.
