I was recommended Caterham Osteopaths a few weeks back for neck and back pain and I'm now on my 3rd appointment. I've been seeing Chris and he's very professional, knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. All of the staff here are very welcoming, I would highly recommend Caterham Osteopaths!
Chris was a great help, I had a terrible shoulder and back pain and he had gave me the right tools and guidance on how to help post treatment, he also helped me a lot during the session. Friendly staff would highly recommend

I see Chris and so does my Mum and Dad now. He’s fun, professional and actually helps me with my back pain . I have searched for years for someone to help me with my back issues and was forever moving around practises so I am very happy to find Caterham Osteopaths and have continuity in my treatment. The receptionists are polite and accommodating, I cannot fault the service. Highly recommended this practise and Chris to anyone with ongoing back issues and pain. A fantastic practise.
