Called catalyst many times about the mold in my property, ive got 4 children, with 3 in 1 room as its a 2 bedroom house. 3 times different people said they would do something about it, but still nothing. Worst service ever. Posted some pictures too.
The biggest problem is wen you have a problem in your home wen you ring catalyst to tell of a problem you can't get through its very Frustrating
everytime we call, were told it would be sorted, but it never is
One star too generous, impossible to contact by phone and incompetent staff cannot deal with enquiries. Long response times. Simple request not dealt with.
