I rang up casvet today and spoke a chelsea who is the lead nurse at this clinic, they refused to book the appointment because there was a missed appointment charge on the account from a year ago, this was due to an appointment that was on for my dog, my car had broken down and i had rang in to tell them and they had told me this was fine and no charge would be added, this incompetent nurse told me that she would not book the appointment until this charge was removed. this is rediculous, i thought the animal was what was supp... read more
