Ordered flowers for my Dads crypt. I live 350 miles away and asked for a picture after the flowers were placed. I didnt get a picture so called to check on it and Was very rudely told that the picture isnt in the contract to do that and that was a courtesy. In other words, it may happen and it may not. I just asked to see it since I dont live there. They shouldnt have promised to do it if they couldnt handle it. I will never do business with this florist again. Castro’s flowers was wonderful to me , when I came in late needing a funeral spray at the last minute . They made and delivered my spray before the visitation at 5 . Great work , great service .
