I would like to thank Castons Furniture, for there excellent service give when we called in there Tonbridge shop to purchase a new two seater Settee a Matching Chair. On Monday 16th Feb. Found them extremely helpful, and very open when asked any questions. Absolutely excellent service. They told us our new furniture would be delivered on Wednesday 18th Feb, between 10.00 am and 4.00pm, and they then arrived at 9.25 am, "(which please us greatly)". Great store. And the beds are a fraction of the price but the same quality as Sussex beds next door.
Bed was delivered and assembled by friendly people who walked some of the way due to narrow roads and even took an unrelated mattress box upstairs as a favour. The bed itself is very nice and there were many options for customisation.
I ordered a sofa from this company in a rush to get everything sorted to host guests for Christmas. Our space is tight but I spent extra time measuring and even taping out the floor to make sure the one I'd bought would fit properly. It was the last available delivery slot to enable us to have something to sit on having just moved in. And the complete eegyts delivered a 3 seater in stead of a 2 which doesn't fit. Great local furniture store. John and Dave phoned 20 min before they arrived, stayed about 10 min and fitted an extendable oak 6-seater table and an oak king size bed frame. Happy with the company, great value for money, excellent communication, and great staff. Thank you
