Very bad staff. Every time I called they said no appointments were available.
My GP is 100 times better than any other GP so I'm grateful
I've never had issues with doctors, but one of admin staff is just rude and unprofessional! She definetly needs retraining in communication skills with patients!
Unprofessional and rude reception staff! The behaviour needs to be reported to NHS, no system in place. I called 8:00 and they say all appointments are gone, how come?. I tried e-consult at 7:30 and it says, system not working today! They have no idea its not a grocery store, they are dealing with patients here! That is why no decent reception staff stays here for long, because of this unethical system!
