The worst agency never use them. Waited months for them to just fix a basic flush in the toilet
I have been a client with Castleline since 2014. They look after my flat as a rental, I have never had any issues.They found a suitable tennant, rents have always been on time like clockwork. Repairs are reported and carried out in a timely matter and billed correctly. IMy rental has been hands off and worry free. Thanks for your service.
Heartless people who put out a mother with 6 kids, mother has special needs and is very vulnerable, mental health and learning difficulties, her youngest child aged 2 has medical problems with his liver and has regularly appointments at hospital both at Hillingdon hospital and Kings college. I sorted advise from my friend who is a foster carer and another who works as a social worker to help place her into emergency accommodation. A very disappointed experience I have never ever come across in my life. A house inspector called HANAN ORTASHI she is not only unprofessional but extremely racist and patronising. She made my experience with the state agent very unpleasant. As a single mother with a small baby moving is extremely stressful and she made it even more unpleasant and stressful. I agree with previous reviews, untrustworthy. They are happy to leave families with small children without heating and hot water then become defensive about it. Communication is terrible and if any issues are raised they insult you. I was told that I was free to leave and shamed for not “owning my own place.” I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people.
