I went to see my grandmother who has dementia for the first time on the 20th April, 2023 on arrival heavily pregnant and couldn't find the buzzer as i walked passed it , I called them on the phone they helped me in with a lovely welcome from staff, some of the residents was sat listening to old rockabilly music some up dacening my nanna had a big smile on her face when she was told it was me, made me cry to see her, we was taken somewhere quite my nanna was helped to the room and sat down whlie she was joking with staff , bo... read more
