Absolutely terrible surgery ever, you’ll be very lucky to get a appointment, receptionist are so rude and there’s a certain one that I dread speaking to as she’s just rude and not helpful at all!!!!!
Absolutely appalling service especially from a woman called Vanessa who was rude , ignorant and showed no empathy .
This is, by far, the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a prescription three days ago online, and as I was working quite a long way away from the surgery, I contacted the surgery to ask if my prescription was ready to avoid an unnecessary journey. Fortunately I was told “it is ready to collect and has been signed by a doctor “. However, when I arrived at the surgery that afternoon, I was told by an extremely rude receptionist that my prescription needed to be signed by a doctor which may take a while. If I could give this pathetic useless place a minus that would be too good, reception is no help and big attitude problems, also left without medication on many occasions. After being told it's ready costing me £15 taxi,Avoid this place .
Reception staff are excellent. Dr Lemon is amazing, he sees, chats and assesses you to get to the bottom of what's going on. All Dr VJ does is talk to you on the phone and gives tablets without seeing you and without doing any little assessments.
