I would strongly recommend that alternative solicitors are sort for probate. After 5 weeks of no action learned that the solicitor allocated was a trainee locum, who refused to return calls or emails and basically had done zero. Had to start again with another firm. This is not great at a time of grief and anxiety. Shocking.

Spent a few hours drafting wills in February this year. Now July and still no draft, no return of calls. Been in to ask for the notes to be returned to me as it is my confidential information. Just being fobbed off. Avoid!

Would give them 0 if I could warning to everyone else never use these solicitors, pick anyone else please, been also most 2 years that my dad has died and 4 solicitors together cant send money, sort paperwork or even call you or answer you to give updates, the most Incompetent service I've ever experience, would not ever use again if my life depends on it

This firm is currently dealing with a probate, I am one of the beneficiaries of a will. After over a year of seeking information they will not return calls. At the time of being legally entitled to an update they are just ignoring all requests. I would not recommend using this firm to handle your affairs.
