They kept my car for 6 days (yes SIX days) to change a battery and look at my aircon when it was booked in for 1 day, during which time they quite simply couldn't be bothered providing any customer service at all. They can barely even be bothered to talk to you when you go into the reception area. Day 1 - Wed 5th March - they phoned to say it needed a new sensor and were going to quote but never bothered to phone back. I don't think they bothered to order it. Day 2 - Thursday 6th March.
