Don't be fooled by the tasteful decor. If I had to do it again, I would ever never have put my Mum in there! Pls beware: it's not what it seems. Some days it's a dirty, messy madhouse, with poor food, & some very scary residents.Some of the staff are very young & clueless, but cheap to employ. Hygiene care & their incompetent doctor can make life very unsafe for your loved one. Residents are mostly bored, just wandering about begging to get out. Minibus trips never ever happened either. I strictly do not recommend.

My father-in-law hasn't yet stayed in the home yet for his respite care but I had to write this review of the care and attention which they took to prepare for his visit. I was very impressed that two members of staff took the time to find out more about my father-on-law, not only his medical needs, but also his likes and dislikes. My impression is that they care deeply about the people they look after.
