The lady that was supposed to my treatment was very rude , and had no compassion , to the point that I decided to not go trough with the procedure even though I just had got local anaesthetic . It’s a shame as the other lady she was working with was lovely however I cannot let someone who talks so rudely and isn’t compassionate about my fears and very dismissive go ahead and do a procedure on my body . Won’t be coming here again .

was advised by 111 to go to this practice for an inner and outer ear infection . They segregated me from the actual waiting room as i told them i have anxiety and cant wear face mask. They then tried to coerce me into wearing 1 , i did not want to so clinician luke richardson refused me treament. Which im sure is a breach of duty of care to the public . and obviously coercion is an offence.
