Terrible, ordered 6 blinds, once fitted blinds were not level on all windows, no valance to hide packers, once packers fitted threw the blinds out the other way which says blinds were manufactured wrong, had them removed and a full refund, oh and cracked window by screwing into frame, even tho this was repaired it was still a hinderance. Customer service was available but there was a lot of waiting around for resolution.
