From the time you enter this office, you’re with pleasant, efficient personnel. We never have to wait long.
What an amazing visit. The staff was friendly and patient. The Doctor is amazing and thorough. He never rushed me and went over every test and option. He explained the whole process to me easily and understandably. I’m so glad I found this practice.

Dr. Castillos did a fantastic job putting me at ease throughout the appointment he clearly outlined a plan and took the time to discuss my situation. He didn’t rush through the appointment, which definitely exceeded my expectations.
I felt as though he did not listen to me nor did he look over the list of the symptoms that I were concerned about. They need to update their computer system. The nurse was very slow asking me questions.
