Dr. Castillos was exceptional in explaining my osteoporosis, and he took a great deal of time in answering all my questions. On my most recent visit for a Prolia injection, the staff saw me immediately, and I was out of the office in record time. I appreciated the care that I received from both Dr. Castillos as well as his staff. They were great!!!!
Dr. Castillos and Staff are not only very professional but kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Castillos listens to you and takes time to be sure you understand diagnosis and treatment options. I highly recommend Personalized Hematology-Oncology of Wake Forest.

Dr Castillos did his homework before meeting with me, ie, he read the notes from my referring doctor. He made an educated guess on what may be affecting me. He was very positive & explained things well. Upon my follow-up appointment after he conducted more tests, he gave me the bottom line results right away which I appreciated. Fortunately for me he just wants to check me in 6 months to monitor my protein levels. Highly recommend him!
Appreciated the time Dr. C took to explain terminology and what tests were for. Great "bedside" manner with a sense of humor. Felt relaxed about visit and that Dr. C was concerned about state of my health and what to do. Simba the "support" dog on site was a welcome "distraction" as well !!

Everything about Dr Castillos spells out top of the line, highly recommended, meticulous and thorough with fascinating knowledge above and way beyond! He is incredibly passionate about his work and amazing with his patients! At first meeting you genuinely feel trust, completely at ease with him and his staff, it is a great feeling !!! Dr. Castillos and his staff provided me with exceptional care during my visit. They took their time with me making sure to get all of my medical information and I finally felt like someone actually listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Castillos is very professional, compassionate and extremely easy to communicate with. He always has a staff member taking notes during our appointments which allows the doctor to totally engage with me during the time he spends with me, which is never rushed. More importantly, he listens to my cares and concerns to make sure I receive the treatment that works best with minimal side-effects.
