This was my first visit to Dr. Castillos. He was immediately warm and friendly, explained everything very clearly and did not rush the visit. He and his staff were very friendly and the office itself is colorful and clean. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend Dr. Castillos .
My husband and I followed Dr. Castillos from Rocky Mount to Wake Forest because he is the first doctor to really take the time to listen to our issues and give us honest feedback. He is careful about the office and it is kept spotless. Everyone has a smile and knows your name. We were tired of the feeling that we were just a number in a hospital practice. This is his practice and he is proud of it. He is expanding and we wish him great success.
Competent and professional staff
The doctor and the staff, as always, is very kind and professional. This makes the overall visit much more pleasant! I am thankful to be a patient there!
He was amazing. He explained everything from top to bottom. He put in a plan of action and I do believe he will follow through I am so thankful for the referral to him and hope that we can get this figured out thank you!!!
Dr. Castillos is amazing. On out first visit he listened and heard what was going on with my 17 year old daughter. He immediately got her scheduled for a port and since her port and regular infusions, my daughter's quality of life has improved 100%. His whole practice is a blessing and the vibe and atmosphere is consistently amazing!
Dr.Castillos and his staff is one of the best to be welcomed by. With healthcare how it is in today’s world they definitely help you find a light in the dark! Would recommend to EVERYONE!

Dr.Castilo's office is so much more efficiently run than any infusion center or hematologist office I've been to in the past. Easy to get in quickly and no need to drive all the way to Duke in Durham anymore!
