Office was very professional. Doctor very caring
I have had several very good visits with Dr Castillos and his excellent staff. He is very informative, his staff are all so nice, and his office is beautiful and clean.
At first I was very impressed with him. I had a problem with my insurance so owed him money. I made 3 payments and got the bill down to 452. I went in for a scheduled appt, paid 50 on my bill and then was told he would not see me until I paid half. I said I would pay half at the first of the month and they still refused to see me. I asked to speak with the office manager and she would not talk to me.
