Everyone who works here is so very nice and personable. It’s a very inviting atmosphere and you can tell everyone really cares for the patients. Dr Castillos listens and takes the time he needs with you, you do not feel rushed at all. They really advocate for their patients needs when it comes to something serious like referring for a PET scan. They do not drag their feet and Dr C will personally make a call to get the job done. I get the best care at this location! I go in twice a year for infusions, and they are so nice. Kathy is very proactive in contacting me to make sure that everything is still correct, that she can still get the medication I need, and she was even the first one to tell me that my doctor had retired! The front desk, the nurses, everyone is amazing. Dr Castillo always talks to me to see how I'm doing, even though I don't have any interaction with him. The whole office is wonderful.
I've been going there since he open his doors.He and his wife are a great team, and the do an excellent job of employing very thoughtful and energetic staff that love helping others.This was a standard visit for me, but it seems special every time I'm there.
