Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very patient.
Dr. Castillo has been my hematologist for 4 years now. He provides outstanding patient education and preventative care. His staff is efficient and thorough. He has treated me for anemia, blood clots to performing diagnostic testing to address any future health conditions.
I am so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism I experienced with Dr. Castillos and his staff - receptionist, medical scribe and phlebotomist. All were good listeners, patient with my questions, and gave clear information, and answers.I look forward to return visits!
The efficiency of everyone and the state of the art Lab
Everyone who works here is so very nice and personable. It’s a very inviting atmosphere and you can tell everyone really cares for the patients. Dr Castillos listens and takes the time he needs with you, you do not feel rushed at all. They really advocate for their patients needs when it comes to something serious like referring for a PET scan. They do not drag their feet and Dr C will personally make a call to get the job done.
