Dr. Castillos was thoughtful, thorough, and professional. He explained things very well and answered many of my questions without me needing to ask. I feel confident that he will continue to provide me excellent care and address and concerns I have. The office staff were also friendly and professional. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Dr. Castillo has been my hematologist for 4 years now. He provides outstanding patient education and preventative care. His staff is efficient and thorough. He has treated me for anemia, blood clots to performing diagnostic testing to address any future health conditions.
I am so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism I experienced with Dr. Castillos and his staff - receptionist, medical scribe and phlebotomist. All were good listeners, patient with my questions, and gave clear information, and answers.I look forward to return visits!
