Front office, nurse and Dr Castillos were fantastic. Did not have me wait for not even two minutes. Great bedside manners, prompt, very informative in the change I had of a surgery since my previous visit.
Most pleasant visit to the doctor’s office that I’ve ever experienced. He took his time to explain things in detail and wasn’t rushed at all. IDr. Castillos nurse was wonderful and also explained in detail everything he was going to do during my visit. My first time ever leaving a doctor’s office where I felt completely heard and that I mattered!!
