The doctor explained everything. The staff is wonderful.
Receptionist was friendly and professional as were all medical staff. Dr. Castillos was pleasant, but more importantly, he is thorough when explaining the medical information.
Dr. Castillos was pleasant and personable when I met him in person today. His staff was friendly and performed their jobs with ease. Dr. Castillos listened with interest to my sharing my health history and journey dealing with cancer and my desire to replace my previous oncologist, who was leaving the current practice. Dr. Castillos shared his past education and experience with me as an oncologist, which was an important factor for me to know as a new patient.
