Love the staff, the cleanliness of the office, and the way I’m listened to and care for.
I started going here a year ago and it’s always been welcoming. The staff have been super nice the care is always A1 and I have went from my worst to feel great again not being to walk to the car nevertheless stair to walking around Disney so I’m extremely grateful for the staff along my healing journey I’m extremely grateful. Saturdays worked best for me so I hated hearing that they will no longer be open if l had to give a complaint that has been my biggest!
Dr. Castillos called me in from the waiting room and took all my vitals himself! I was floored as I’ve never had another provider do that before. He saw all his nurses were busy so he just jumped in and helped!
The Doctor and staff were all so friendly while being spot on with my treatment. It was totally a fantastic experience
Asked questions to see how he can help, knows what blood work to do in reference to helping me! Doesn’t rush in or out takes time! Is concerned with my problems
Dr. Castillos is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. He cares about his patients and does thorough testing.
They were very prompt, efficient and dedicated. Best infusion facility I have been to in three states.
(A full account of what happened can be found on all major review sites.)On 9-22-25, Dr. Castillos confronted me during an iron infusion, falsely accusing me of writing a bad review about his practice while I was hooked to an IV and unable to leave. I felt intimidated, unsafe, and humiliated. While the support staff is excellent, I would never recommend Dr. Francisco Antonio Castillos III.
Love,love the service it is excellent. When I visit I always get the feeling of visiting good friends, making sure I get the service I need. I never leave without having that connection and a smile on my face. Someone is always with me from the time I arrive to the moment I leave. Great staff! I love this doctors office. God sent me a great hematologist and his name is Dr.Castillos,a sweet and caring person .
