I have had various symptoms for a very long time and I keep getting prescribed cream or told to purchase it myself (which is fine) but the underlying symptoms are not being treated or looked into, every time I’ve had to see a doctor or nurse I get fobbed off so much so I knew I’d get fobbed off today,…which I did…my symptoms are rife. Try get an appointment is in possible!! If the doctors doctors online appointments system ever works? And you go on tge NHS site press appointments casksgate surgery isn't supported with them! Go on doctors site you see area's call them , you ring and get told you need to book online you fill like hamster trap in a wheel. Its a joke I dread ever making an appointments

so difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor- just seems impossible as it should be easy-receptionist to direct appointments-not urgent but impossible!!!!!

I have experienced multiple issues in this surgery, from wrong bookings to mishandling of lab samples. The front desk staff is awful in the way they manage conflict, taking things personally, passing the burden of their own mistakes onto the patient and closing all possible ways for accountability, as complaints never prosper. The last time I attempted complaining, the response I was given was that if I was not satisfied with the level of service I was getting, I should look into other surgeries as there are plenty in the ar... read more
