Absolute waste of time, online valuation is apparently based on 1 owner vehicles (not listed online anywhere), knocked from 4.3k to 3.2k due to 5 owners (car is pristine) Avoid at all costs stick to motorway and carwow instead who are at least genuine
Chris, Nice man, Remember the quote is based on full Service Hx + 1 owner only. Did not get the price I wanted but happy to let it go in the end.
Overall not a great service. The gent who dealt with me was very helpful and kind, he seemed to genuinely car about the sale. But not much else positive can be said. I was quoted £10600 online for the vehicle to be given a quote of £9300 when I arrived. I asked why the drop in price and it was explained that was the best offer, nothing else.
Twice they made appointments and twice cancelled them. “We’re not buying hybrids at the moment.” When I said they were incompetent the caller hung up. Beware !!
Lovely guy and offered a decent price.
