Excellent service, prompt and professional
Not great. Driver wanted payment in cash with no previous mention that payment had to be cash, either at booking or contact for collection. Had to run to the cash point while he waited. Wouldn’t take the mattress that was already in the skip unless I gave him another £30 on top of the £320 I’d already paid. The mattress was offloaded. Would not use again.
Used Casey’s last week and found them very efficient. The skip arrived on time taken away at very short notice. Thanks to Alex the driver who helped lift the sofa into the skip. Will be using you again.
