Overpriced, scare tactic sales plumbers – 190$ just to come to the house and enter the crawl space. I called them out for a hole in a drain pipe. I crawled under the house with the plumber as he assessed the situation. He proceeded to convince me that I needed to replace every bit of drain pipe under my house and that I needed to also replace all of the pressurized lines as well. heavy-handed sales tactics, wouldn't leave written estimate – It cost us $157.50 (dispatch and assessment fees) to find out we most definitely don't want to do business with this outfit. We felt sorry for the poor technician (Casey's term for a plumber) who came to assess our issue. Recent work – I have had a few things done by Casey's and another company. Perhaps the other company had a bad employee, but he made a huge mess in setting up and working which he never cleaned. His work was so-so. Casey [in two separate incidents - a year apart] installed a new water heater and replaced the drain system to a badly leaking washroom sink. Ambulance Chasers of Plumbers – I had an old reliable plumber in LO for many years. Had not needed to use him in some time but eventually did - called the number and thought I was getting my same plumber. Well, he had died and Mr. Casey had bought his phone number (not business) and one of his crew showed up to do the work - fortunatley the plumber told be the trick they used and I trusted him.... big mistake. It's always discouraging to see negative reports posted here about our company. But reader beware; because these people can post anonymously, anyone can say what they will - unchecked! We have no idea who this person is but can assure you this; had they had any trouble with our service and told us about it, they would have either had the work redone or money refunded.
Please BEWARE!!!! – Just beware of Casey,s Plumbing!! He has great plumbers working for him, but Mr. Casey is slippery! I'm trying to nice.. He fired me because I had a problem charging 200.00 dollars an hour , which he requires his plumbers to charge!! Your "FREE" home inspection that can take 10 minutes to 30 minutes... we need to work that time spent into our bid to make sure were getting as close to 200.00 an hour as possible!! This posting is especially curious; the fact that whoever did this posting admits that they were fired - should say something about their motives. We are very careful who we hire and character and honesty are the first things we look for. As for the $200 an hour - this is ridiculous! We don't charge by the hour and always provide a price for work before we begin!
Horrible experience. – I wish I could vote ZERO stars for this horrible company. We were never informed of the $175 charge just to come to the house . The plumber talked forever, even before doing any work. He tried to get us to join some "gold star" club, and also talked and talked and talked to us of his plans to complete on his house. This comment is so off base I will simply say this; the person who made this negative report was NOT our customer. The call never cost them a dime - the $157.50 ($175?), was waived. Had they authorized the work, $99 of the $157.50 would have applied to the work. And finally, the "fiance", our customer, was crying because her boyfriend was acting like an idiot!
Run like the wind – I had a pipe burst 12-2008 and frozen pipes. To replace 3 foot section of pipe and thaw 2 other short pipes it was $800 for 3 hours labor and parts for a plumber and his apprentice. I had no idea that rocket scientist rates applied for plumbing. After a year I realized that they never finished the job and then after making at least 5 phone calls it is still not fixed. Too big a company to get their stuff together. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This call occurred during the worst snow storm in 60 years! The drive time was over 2 hours on treacherous deep snowy roads. The unfinished work here is a heavy large steel door that requires 2 men on an extension ladder to install next to a cliff! The total time was 5 hours for two men. Including materials, this is a very competitive amount. They only valid complaint is the steel door up under the building. We did forget to return after the snow melted to reinstall it (at no extra cost!)
A big ripoff – For one hour's work to replace a faucet, they charged $320! When we called up to complain, the owner at first claimed the faucet was included in the price, and when he realized it wasn't (we had bought it separately), told us that was a standard rate regardless of time and "cheap for the service". Our fault for not checking the details, but I'm surprised they've stayed in business with these kind of rates. By the way, they won't quote you a price before coming out, and give you the impression that a basic job ... read more
Very professional, good service. – Casey's had done several projects for us and they have always been very professional. They come when they say they will and the work is first rate. Now they have electricians and drain cleaners as well. I recommend them.
