Great service & employees – Had an opportunity to use Casey's recently. We are members of their Diamond Club and received a phone call reminding us that we were due for our annual whole house inspection (plumbing). Brian came to perform this. Checked everything thoroughly and gave us a passing grade in addition to some handy tips. While here, I asked if he could change out our 1 remaining original toilet. Tom, A True Professional! – I have been waiting for an opportunity to write a review about Casey's Plumbing. Casey's re-plumbed the entire interior of our 1953 SW Portland home. Tom came out to inspect the project and gave us an estimate. Although the estimate seemed high to us, we trusted Tom and ordered the work done. Quick and experienced – I had a water heater replaced by Casey's Plumbing and was surprised how quickly the job was done. The worker they sent was pleasant and funny but wasted no time in getting the job done. Obviously he was experienced. He also had all parts needed in his truck so no time was wasted in going back and forth to the store. I absolutely will use them again when needed.

Very Professional! – The employees and management of Casey's Plumbing are extremely wonderful to work with. The are honest and have the upmost respect for the homes they service. I have nothing but praise for their business ethics and I trust that what they tell me is needed in my home is truly necessary, without any fear that they are selling me something that I do not need. Fantastic!

Not Happy – Called them out to fix a basement sink and it ended up they "could not" fix it and I was still charged the fee to come out. They actually could have fixed it to code but they just did not have experience working with lead pipe connections and old homes so they declined to do it but I was still charged a big fee just for them to tell me that while there were solutions for lead pipes, they just did not want to warranty that type of work so they would only remove them. you get what you pay for – I could have a plumber come out saying $200 estimate and then at the end give me am bill for $1000.( had that happen) I had Casey's out for same type of job and they said $400 and guess what I paid $400 even though it took longer than he expected and more parts. Only place I will call. Only place I trust.

An excellent choice for plumbling service. – I began using Casey's back in the mid-90's with repair or replacement of toiletries, dripping faucets, replacement of a water heater, garbage disposal, and repair of broken water lines. In every instance, in every way (including costs), the service has been excellent, and I will continue to utilize this company and most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service. recommend – As previous reviewer noted, Casey's is expensive, as is any quality professional service. I've used Casey's for several major repairs...a leak under the sink that turned out to be a totally rotted away old pipe installed incorrectly many years previous....a water heater and toilet replacement. I've also called them when I needed to clear a drain. In every instance, they have been prompt, courteous, and fixed the problem. great service – About a year ago I finally called a plumber to fix a toilet that was not functioning properly. It was no emergency as I have 2 others in the house. The plumber arrived & was polite, friendly and great about explaining what he was doing, which consisted of a full audit of all plumbing (faucets, etc.) and replaced the components of the one toilet.
