Casey's is okay with me – We used Casey's plumbing for the first time a few years ago after a less than optimal experience with "plumbers" sub-contracted by a general contractor we were using (a.k.a. Frick and Frack). Yes - they're expensive but the job was done right the first time - more than I can say fro Frick and Frack.
Outstanding Service while having fun – Dave and Dave wow what an amazing team of professionals. They were very knowledgable and timely. I am a diamond Club member, so getting the 20% discount was huge. It was my first time having an electrician out to my house and what a eye opener it was. The plummer, Dave, was very resourceful too. He had the right water heater on the truck aldready to install that day, awesome customer serivce. Call Casey First! – I have used Casey's Plumbing on 2 occations. Both times they provided fast freindly serice unclogging my drains. An added bonus? They charge the same rates on weekends as they do on weekdays. The other companies I called changed a lot more for weekend service. I will always call them first for my plumbing needs from now on.
satisfied customer – I have used Casey's many times over the last 10 years. They did a complete re plumbing of our little house in SE and they were great. Whenever I had a problem they responded quickly and gave great service. If you want to be sure that you won't be ripped off then call these guys.
Total Replumbing - street to faucet – We received several quotes for a total re-plumb for our early 1940's home. We chose Casey's Plumbing. The job was massive. Started with an entire new connection from the street then new PEX from the basement to every connection in the house. It was a very expensive and time consuming job. Casey's was beyond amazing. The best in customer service! – We used Casey's for the first time when our kitchen garbage disposal backed up. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the plumber accidentally damaged a cabinet that was behind him. Fortunately, Casey's Plumbing stands behind its work and they paid to have the cabinet door replaced. That is the kind of customer service rarely seen these days. I will always use them.
rude and horrible service – the plumbers were rude to me when i stepped in because they were using high pressure scare tactics on my mom. there is nothing good about caseys plumbing except that they showed up. please don't use their services and tell your friends not to use them as well. they need to be put out of business.
A joke. There are plenty of other honest alternatives. – My toilet developed a leak last night so I began the process of calling around for bids. Most plumbers told me upfront what it would cost in terms of hourly rates and parts to replace my outdated and now broken toilet. Casey's works a little differently. At Casey's Plumbing, we charge by the job, not by the hour. The vast majority of our customers love this because there are no surprises or hidden fees at the end of the call. It dosen't matter if our plumber are having a good day or a not so good day, the price remains the same. Clearly this customer would be better served by a time and materials company (and hope the plumbers is having a good day). HORRIBILE – charged me 153.00 for showing up and knocking on my door. THEY DIDNT EVEN DO ANY WORK!! scam artist will never use again. call someone else

Like most of our competitors, we do charge for a service call. That charge is $58.50 plus a $99.00 evaluation fee. If the customer elects to have us do the work, the $99.00 evaluation fee will apply to the work. This customer was told in advance of our coming out of these charges and approved them in advance. This customer decided that our permanent solution to their plumbing problem was more than they wanted to spend and therefore was responsible for the $157.50 service call.
