Outstanding – I've had several occasions to call both Casey's Plumbing and their sister company Metro Electric. The technicians are always prompt, courteous and know what they're doing!! I was so pleased with the various jobs they've performed for us that I joined the Diamond Club and it's one of the best investments I've made. Very Ethical – They came out to look at an electrical issue which I was having. They were very respectful and worked on it for some time but were not able to determine the issue and they did NOT CHARGE me anything.
Diamond Club – I've been with Casey's for 5 years. They remind me of my free annual inspection and each time my reserve takes care of any minor repairs I want done as a diamond club member. I usually have a list of things I want done and they are amazing. All the employees are so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I recently had an emergency and they were out there that day. I was surprised and yet again very happy. Did I mention they were very clean and polite. Yep that too!
Professional service - Premium Price – Casey's Plumbing is expensive. All plumbers are expensive. Having to pay for plumbing repair is an enormous pain in the ass. That being said, Casey's Plumbing is the only plumber I ever call, because they are sound, insured, and trustworthy PROFESSIONALS. I don't ever call them if I need to tighten a leaky valve, or replace a toilet seal ring, or any other rinky dink repair you can learn to perform by hanging out at Home Depot for 15 minutes. Best service – Ive used Casey's plumbing over the last several years for leaking pipes, water heater replacement, and toilet replacements. I am so impressed with thier prompt service, courteous and knowledgeable plumbers, and the different options for service. I was given straightforward pricing options, which helped me make informed decisions about needed services. They even came to my house on Sunday becasue it fit my schedule. I have recommended Casey's many times to friends.
GREAT SERVICE – I've read some of the reviews on Casey's Plumbing and clearly, the few who gave bad reviews haven't used many plumbers! I have an older home so everything seemed to be falling apart a couple of years ago. I tried another plumber to do the sewer because at the time Casey's didn't do sewer work (they do now). It was a a nightmare and had to be done over, and wasted a lot of money. Casey's came out and fixed it, no problem. You get what you pay for! and then some – I may not agree 100% with the billing practices of today's service companies, but the truth is you get what you pay for with Casey's Plumbing. They have similar billing practices to most other service companies in the industry, it's pretty crazy to expect something other than industry standard billing. Reliable and professional – After going through five or six different plumbing companies and being thoroughly unhappy with all of them, we found Casey's and have been with them ever since. They are detail oriented, dedicated to customer service, and their people are skilled and knowledgeable. They are not the least expensive, but they get the job done correctly the first time, which makes them worth every penny.
"I started using Casey's Plumbing about four years ago when I needed some outdoor faucets replaced. Last year they completely repiped my house all the way out to the street, plus they installed a good-quality electric water heater.
