Family member had new roof installed but later by chance of having the gas board check a faulty meter, found out the boiler flue had been damaged/snapped by Michael thus causing carbon monoxide fumes to be discharged directly into bedroom, which could of potentially killed someone. They paid a professional heating engineer £250 for the problem to be resolved, who wanted to report this serious issue.
