the worst estate agent ever! yvonne is the rudest most unprofessional person ever i have ever met, when you try to contact them during working hours you get screamed at on the phone and get told “stop messaging and ringing us and hang up on you, if something is wrong in the property it takes them forever to even acknowledge your messages and don’t come out for weeks. they don’t care about their tenants only the money. avoid at all costs!! Very unprofessional 0⭐️
Leased through Casey Lettings for 4 years. If there was an issue with the flat they would try and solve it as soon as possible. When it was time to leave the property they wanted to do viewings which is their right and proper notice was always given. Last day the property was given to them in great condition and for that reason and the great relationship we had I received my full safety deposit back. Highly recommended.
When it came to leaving the keys, I found that they illegal overlapped the tenancy agreement by letting the flat to someone else while I was still in contract. They did not tell me but after confronting them, I got my full deposit back. They then tried to illegal withold my illegally obtained rent by saying they would not give it back until they knew all bills had been paid.
