Not living in Essex but needing a flower arrangement for my best friends funeral, I took a chance on Casablanca. I spoke to Sam regarding some ideas we had for the flowers, she was very helpful and sent me a few photos for us to decide as a family what we thought we would like. There was no hard sell, no trying to persuade or push into purchasing anything. Sam was polite, respectful of our loss and very helpful. Our go to florist, At very short notice (24 hours of memory recalls) they stepped in and made an identical reef for my fathers casket after Interflora emailed me the day before the funeral to day they was unable to go through with my order.. Lady I spoke to was very understanding and more then happy to assist.
