I really like it here. I love the cafe and the gym. Just like in any complex, there are people who do not follow the rules and let their dogs crap without picking it up. It is a very diverse population of people which I like. The pool and jacuzzis are amazing and I have used the bowling alley and games downstairs. The craft cocktails twice a month have been off the hook too. Staying here until I buy a house.
Overall, great place to live. The staff are attentive and courteous. The amenities are great. Location is convenient. Price is a little high. Only real complaints are the obnoxious speed bumps in the parking structure and the neighbors who can't seem to clean up after their pets. The pet issue isn't really the fault of the complex, though. For both minor maintenance issues we've had a repair person has shown up within an hour of us calling. Casa mira view does not believe in a hygienic environment. They allow residents to have pets with no no responsibility to keep after them .Residents can have loud party's with no consideration for neihbors and or consequences. Do not believe the sales department when they say it's great for families, it is not . The leasing office has no respect for resident loyalty and or residents that have been nothing but good tenants. Beautiful complex and the apartments are very nice but the rent price is WAY out of my range and the location is not convenient for me.
