My favorite place to live�perfect for my family �
The worst living experience I have ever had. The noise between floors was horrendous and would keep me up almost every night. This was just from neighbors walking above or their dog walking or running above. The insulation was non-existent. I made countless complaints to management, and despite repeated promises, nothing was ever done. I was told I could move to another unit, but that I would have to pay the cost of moving and pack up my entire place. We would like to have more security in the areas... Especially in the pool area!!... There is never any security... People who do not live here jump the wall with ease to enter at the pool or wait for someone to open the door to enter ... it seems the public swimming pool of Miramesa. We already told to the Leasing office but nothing happens! This scares after what happened in La Jolla apartments.
The place is real nice and kept and they respond to any maintenance issue in a timely manner. The only issue that I've seen is that security does not have a real presence. My motorcycle and another resident's motorcycle was stolen from the same garage on the same night. In front of cameras and had to drive by the security surveillance room to steal them.
Don't bother if you have kids. No playground or outdoor space that isn't filthy with animal waste. They sell you on a playroom the kids can use while you're in the gym. Kids cannot be unaccompanied in the playroom. Kids cannot be in the gym, even for a legitimate workout they are participating in. End state: unless you also pay for a babysitter, you can't use this amenity. Not to mention, no real activity for children. Rent a nicer place for less and buy a Y membership - they actually have childcare and understand kids need ... read more
Excellent location, great amenities, very friendly staff. Everything good about this apartment complex.
