We have been living at CMV for over 2 years and signed our new lease for the 3rd. We do enjoy it here. Parking for guests is a hassle and if your unlucky to have extremely noisy neighbors (we do) it can be frustrating. But that comes with apartment living and is always a risk. Overall, the staff here are friendly and we enjoy speaking with them. The size of the units here are large compared to surrounding complexes for the price. I just moved here not too long ago. I live on the 1st floor in a corner apartment. I have noticed that and movement above me sounds like a track meet. But besides that its good. I love it.
CASA MIRA VIEW -THE BEST IN THE WORLD! IT'S LIKE A PARADISE A DREAM COME TRUE! EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL COZY AND CLASSY! IT IS ALL PERFECT AND PEACEFUL.
I absolutely love living in this community. Clean well lit good security. The leasing manager Alojondra is wonderful. The maintenance staff is also superb mainly Jorge is friendly and knowledgeable he was an awesome help. Trish Fraga

I've lived here almost 1 month. This is a beautiful community! Everything a person could ever want...and some things a person could do without. On my pre inspection checklist I noted three things that needed repaired (ie the door under the bathroom sink broke the second day I was here, the toilet in the main bathroom has to be flushed twice and it never stops running, and because of the construction, there is a problem with unwanted guest.) Please some security or some changes or control in the swimming pool areas!!!! Grand pool is getting out of control. It is extremely crowded and seems like people that do not live here come to use our pools. And kids with no adults running, etc and leave trash in the area. I was not able to use jacuzzi another night as the area was too crowded with strangers and kids jumping, etc.
