Maintenance Review: I want to thank Jorge for helping with our microwave. It keeps flickering off and on when the door is opened. Thought there was a short in the appliance so I thought they would replace it. He came very quickly and his knowledge went beyond what I thought. Stop their idiots of driving their carts fast on the sidewalk which almost ran over my dog.. Give some slack to someone who lives there who had to have their towed car put into an area that 12 other people were parked (but I only got a threaten to be towed) plus ignoring drug dealers who are there every day ANK__DVD in case you can't figure out who I am talking about...(I wouldn't care if they didn't threaten to tow my car after parking and telling them I was parking there.. Casa Mira View is an awesome place to live, a lot of activities, every one is really nice and friendly. Close to everything, beach, shopping and much more. Great gym and wonderful classes.
THE HONEST TRUTH: I typically only take my time to write positive reviews, but I would not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone I know until the majority of the help desk is replaced. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because of it's convenient and impeccable facilities. But if you ever need customer assistance in any capacity, don't even bother calling the front desk, they rarely answer. And if you leave a message, they never return your call. I am a current resident at Casa Mira View. I moved in in December of 2017. Since I moved in with my wife and 3 yr old daughter we have had nothing but problems. About two weeks after moving in, my wife and I went on a trip for the weekend. When we came home Sunday evening our downstairs neighbor started banging on our floor. love living at Casa Mira view I’ve lived here for four months and so far have no complaints actually it’s far exceeded my expectations from the amenities the property how well-maintained its kept it is the gym my unit is spacious and comfortable nice neighbors and the maintenance team here is very prompt and efficient especially Josue!
RecommendedI have been living in casa mira view for over a year now, love everything about this place. There’s a state of the art two level gym with free fitness classes, four swimming pools, bowling alley, rooftop jacuzzi and much more.
