great test!! yummy – It was a very hot day and after my busy shedule I was very hungry so I went to to the Casa Bianca Pizza and it test great. My tummy is satisfied.
For years I wanted to try this place – I heard so much about this place and everytime i drove by it was packed with people. After years of driving by, we decided to do the 45 minute wait for a table. If you're into cheap ingredients, old menus ripped, tiny skanky bathrooms then go to Casa Bianca. It was more than a disappointment. We discovered the reason for the crowd, the food was cheap in price. I rather go to pizza hut or dominos. Truly. I had a pizza with crust like a shoe. it was hard and tasteless. We also had a capre... read more
Best Pizza in California – I have ridden by this place a million times and always say people sitting outside waiting to get in. Recently me and my wife decided to see what the fuss was all about. The fuss in all about great pizza, salads and Italian beers. It appears to be a family run place and everybody was pleasant and helping each other provide service. The only draw back is that you best come with cash. That is all they take. And be willing to wait to get in. We waiting about an hour on a warm Friday night. Would get 5 ... read more
Worth the Wait – Red-checkered tablecloths add retro atmosphere to an already fantastic meal, and while their crispy, thin-crusted pizza is unquestionably the star of the show, several pasta dishes are also offered, including spaghetti carbonara, linguini with pesto, and vegetarian lasagna. Take note: the wait can be long, and only cash is accepted.
Sorry, I'm a native NY-er and I cannot honestly give this pizza a true thumbs up - it's just not what I expect of a pizza. I'm sure others love it, but it's not quite what a NY-er would jump up and down for.
Friendly folks, mediocre pizza, so-so-food – We were so disappointed, that we thought it might be a mistake, or an off night-- so we went back a second time. The staff were pleasant, as were the other customers. Should other customers matter? In the case of Casa Bianca, they are a major factor, since the place is always full (in fact--swarming)! This means a long wait, which may help spark appetites and form the impression that the food is actually good. The atmosphere is warm, kitschy and very cozy, like a "red" (sauce) Ame... read more
Not the best – This is no more than a neighbor pizza joint with a lot of charm. Don't expect great food.
not so much... – we waited forever. ordered standard pepperoni. it was not worth the wait. i did go back a second time just to make sure. it takes too long and not that great for my taste.
I don't like to say anything BAD but this was! – I'm sorry to add to the Bad reviews. But we relied on all the reviews, and if someone says something is bad we believe it. Somehow we got fooled this night. It was worst than bad it was really greasy and the crust was so tough. I really question the cheese they put on it because the oil was just floating on top. I don't like to write bad reviews but I don't like to waste someone's time or money. I see that it was busy which is fine. I've been to the East coast and even a lot o... read more
Business response:
Wow...that is so NOT the pizza experience I have at CB. Granted...it's no gourmet pizza but I have to say it's still one of my favorites. Of course...I never eat in...just too crowded. We always pickup and take it home.
