My daughter Emma has been a patient in Apex for almost 17 years. She has complex medical needs. Her primary diagnosis being Cerebral Palsy. Dr Bowman is her primary physician there. And Dr Steele sees her when he can't. We drive over an hour one way to this office in Apex. We would drive 2 just to see these docs. It doesn't get any better!! The nurses and office staff are as wonderful as they come!! We thank God they are all Just a phone call away!!
I have 4 month old twins and I am a new mom. We go to the Apex location and they are amazing! So far our experience has been great. We see Dr. Bowman and he is outstanding! He really takes the time to explain things and come up with options if your having a problem. I'm also a nurse and this office really is excellent and I would highly recommend them!!
Don't expect them to know anything that is covered under your insurance. Also expect rudeness and lack of help when you have a billing issue. Which will come up because they don't look at your coverage at all. You are supposed to know every thing they are allowed to check for when going for a physical that is supposed to be covered 100%. Also we didn't receive any response until about a month after me and my insurance called them and left a message.

I'm sorry that we haven't been able to help with your billing issue. I wish I could explain how complex billing is for everyone (we have to employ a full team of people) to try to keep up. We definitely don't expect you to understand and know what will and will not be covered by your insurance and we try our best to know ahead of time. We do make mistakes, and for that I apologize. If you would call our billing department tomorrow in the Cary office, 919-467-3211, then maybe we can correct this issue.
Very unprofessional lady in billing dept. not only unhelpful but very rude. Will be moving my 4 boys to another office ASAP.
